Almost new owner of Ty #20

I believe this is Kraus' Ty that he just sold in July. I just made a deal to trade my supercharged 86 Corvette for it with Ray in New Jersey (the new owner).

I've always wanted a Sy/Ty, so I jumped on the chance.

I pick it up the weekend of September 12th (gonna be some long driving that weekend).

Guess this isn't going to work out after all. The current owner just informed me that, after getting the transmission upgraded, he launched the truck on the new 2,800 stall, it broke a u-joint and sent the front drive shaft through the floor. :(

Bummer! On the upside, better him than you driving back home after just getting it. There will be others.

That has happened to mine more than once...it's just sheetmetal....
