I had problems also (btw, we have 6-8 different colors of grey in our interiors) and was never able to find anyone who could supply the color correct GM color codes (this question is still open by the way if any one can comment with factory color codes!).
In the lack of solid codes, here is what I have had to do so far with two of the grey's (the rest to follow). Find your nearest Dupont auto refinish dealer / jobber. Take a panel with you and tell them you want the MasterTint Vinyl Color System paint to mach your panel. The 304S is low gloss, 305S med. gloss & 306S is high gloss (vinyl seats and roofs only).
Also ask them to give you the tech sheets for it. This stuff is great! If the panel is cleaned and prepped correctly it will as good as the factory finish :tup: Just remember to clean clean clean with hot soap and water then a mild (very mild) solvet based wax & grease remover.
I use Martin Senour Hi-Tec Panel prep or Dupont wax & grease remover, they won't melt plastic but will remove Armorall! The paint won't stick other wise. The 304/305/306 is just like auto paint and will require a touch up gun or air brush. I guess you cold mix the reducer and have it put in a spray bomb but I don't know :roll: .
