appear to be, i havent seen mine in 6 years but I remember them being something like that, lol

Thanks. Once I remove the blocks, it's a good idea to change the shocks too, right? They are compromised by being stretched so much for so long, true??

Those are load leveling shocks. The compressor kept them pumped up with air. Pull out them and the compressor and put in a regular shock. Be a lot less headache.

behind the driver's side rear wheel.. I have a rebuilt compressor and good shocks, if you want to stay stock :D

I'm thinking about going to KYB's. This is one "non-stock" change I'm willing to make if it will improve ride overall. To me, this is on par with changing the spark plug brand.
