I got som problem with knock alert. I use scan master and read zero knock but, at WOT the car got a 43 code and the boost and timing drop. I tested my knock sensor with ignition on and by knocking on engine by a tool the scan master is reading my knocking Any tips abouth this problem ? Nils Olav

Hi:lol: Is it normal too loose boost pressure if ecm got a EGR engine code from not running egr valve, i loose abouth 5 psi of pressure.(stock chip in ecm)

Re: Boost Hi. Do a pressure test,and its leaking on trottle body shaft and big leak at EGR valve with i open trottle.

Re: Boost Hi. The air filter&alu tube is RPM style puke tank possision so its possible. New turbo to intercooler hose,connection intercooler - trottle body looks ok Under the trottle body is two alu tubes (idle speed motor) thats is open inn the trottle body's inntake side

Wierd sound from truck when boost apply. Sounds like the air filter is innside the truck Sounds like the pressure is leaking out. I run with Datamaster the pressure is abouth 14,5 psi at WOT I got a Auto Meter turbo gauge and its reading 14.5 psi at WOT Any tips:D

Re: Help! Lack of power. Hi Use a temp gauge and messure the temp before and after the catalysator if the temprature in front of the cat is higher then after the cat is plugged. You can also messure the pressure in front and back of the cat ,you have to drill a hole in the exhaust tube and...
