Ive got someone coming in to town next week to look at mine, if he doesn't take it I will let you know.

Replace distributor. Ive seen lots of them with corroded insides and cracked magnets in the pickup coil. I had the same issue and after replacing my ICM and getting stranded again a week later I replaced the distributor and havent had an issue in 2 years.

I cant remember how it installs. I have to pull my inner fender wells soon and inspect for a burnt plug wire. I can snap some pics then.

I can confirm theres no way the 231 covers are a fit. What you are looking for are 229 v6 covers. You will be hard pressed to find a set of tall ones tho. I just sold a set.

When I did the swap I had the truck up on 4 jack stands. When we were testing the brakes we noticed as the pedal was pressed the front wheels stopped nearly immediately while the rear wheels were still spinning until the pedal was fully depressed. Modifying the prop valve just takes the bias out...

I just did b pipes on my Titan which required removing the o2s. They were on there good. A good hose clamp over the special tool keeps it from expanding and rounding the sensor. I had to use a little bit of heat on the bung and use a breaker bar and they eventually came loose.

On mine I used a smaller diameter bolt that was a bit longer so I could add a lock nut and not have to elongate the hole. That way I could install the stock alt back in a pinch.

Stock will be 2 bar. Most aftermarket chips use 3 bar. The MAP must match the chip/tune. What is the # on the one you have now?

Drivers fender. Brake lines run from the master to it. May have been deleted already.
