Make sure you have more than 1/4 tank of gas in the tank. If not all the fuel will slosh to the back of the tank away from the fuel pump pickup during hard acceleration.

I was able to pick up a spare used PTE SyTy exhaust housing that is getting machined for a 66mm wheel by PTE. Really just trying to decide on the compressor wheel and bearing type. I PM'd you my number if you have some time to chat. Thanks!

Ran 12 flat 1/4 at 22psi with the 44. Never Dyno'd though.

Was this with your Buick exhaust housing or SyTy housing.? In talking to PTE the wastegate hole is bigger on the SyTy housing. My setup is currently running a PTE-44 with their downpipe and no cat. Looking at building a new combo with better flowing heads and cam and a turbo with room to grow...

Re: slotted rotors From my understanding it all depends on the orientation of the internal cooling fins not the slots. If the rotors have straight cooling fins that are not pitched, I believe they can be installed with the slots in either direction.

Re: clicking noise.. I can see how old worn or dry rotted o-rings could cause that. In my case replacing them didn't resolve my issue. Adding the rubber washer did the trick for my wheels.
