Is there anyone in Orlando that could build me a custom chip? I have an Ultimate 10-1 and it's not happening. To hold me over does anyone know the 4 digit code on a stock chip?

With my Ultimate boost tgt @ 17lbs I get a boost of 13.4 in first gear 15.7 in second gear 17.7 in third gear and I'm boosting 18.7 in overdrive @ 105 mph. How can the boost change so much. I get knock in third gear and the spark retard is 8 degrees. What's up?
