I have used the gray POR-15 on several exhaust manifolds with good results. I brushed it on and when you fire the motor it turns to a med gray. It gives the manifolds that stock appearing cast look. Best bet is to use HPC or equal if you want to spend the $$$

Yes they do. I had to pull both upper plugs, re-seal and sink them in further to clear the header flanges. On the driver side lower is where I placed the temp sensor.

I need some help on cam choice. Is the comp cam #09-422-8 any good? Specs are 215-220@.050 and .500int .510ex with 114 lobe sep. Will the 114 be to much? Thanks Chris SY#429

Tookycat you are right To correct earlier, the filter is a PF52. I know its not the injector tick,I am getting ready to go inside the motor. It gives me a reason to change the cam.

I started to notice some noise what sounded like a loose rocker. I pulled the valve covers and went through the valve adjustment.Noise is still there. Possible roller lifter failing? Not pumping up? New owner to this syclone and was told motor was rebiult at 14,000 miles. Chris
