I assume you are saying they took off the window tinting? but left the glue? If that is the case I would get a bottle of rubbing alcohol and soak a paper towle or soft cloth and try to get it off with that, dont get it on the door panel ect or cover that stuff. You may have to keep going back with a clean paper towle depending on how much there is. Hope this helps and let me know.
