Re: starting issue! little help? well I can't seem to see any issue with the fuel line around the cross member where it sit up on top of the frame rail. I would think a kinked line would have trouble making fuel pressure upon keying the ignition anyway. It was worth a look. I am still stumped...

Well I got the truck all back together with boat loads of new parts. I fired it up and it idled and ran beautifully. I am getting it ready to be tuned due to new throttle body and larger turbo. I jacked the truck up and change the Trans cross member out to the sweet one I bought from JSM. Thanks...

Re: passed!! I know that will be a load off my mind! Although the truck passes everytime without issue. Although it did fail a visual. No cat. They failed me even though it passed the emissions requirements. So the truck has a shell of a cat on it and it passes every time.

Well after removing and reinstalling my lower intake,installing a new 53mm throttlebody, installing a new "bigger turbo (Thanks Alex),servicing the injectors,and having the fuel rails powder coated (sportmachines). I took the Typhoon down to have the emissions test. It passed without an issue...

How are you guys cleaning out the threads for the lower intake in the heads? I need to clean them so the sealant will work when I reinstall the intake. Thanks in advance.
