No problems here . Keep in mind that some folks view the board while they are at work. These folks will stay clear of any post flagged as NWS so that HR doesn't get the wrong idea if they have one. It's not worth getting someone in trouble because they assume that a thread that is outside of the Off Topic area won't have anything questionable. Especially if it is in the tech areas.
