Great use of unused space. Looks good.

Does that cooler have the filter in it?
If so, the filter in it has a spring on one side, so it will bypass oil if there is to much pressure. The spring is not really strong, so I could see it always bypassing oil from the high pressures the trans has.

What fan are going to run? My slim twin flex a lite wasn't enought to keep it cool.

dual 12 inch ones it moves a ass load of air and paul found the ecm wire that will control them at temp and turn them off at freeway speeds ECT. stuff like that....the wire was used on the same ecm as the sunbird

Mines was slighlty bigger than yours, mines was 25x12x4 wiht 3" inlet/out, I think yours is 24x3x11 wiht 2.5 inlet/outlet.
My main problem was overheating, please update on how its working for you.

:rotf: Awsome job you're doing. Let me know how that trans cooler works, I have given serious thought to those but I hear a lot of mixed things about them.

ok I know its gonna work well with this set up because Paul has a 26x3x12 3in 3 out and turned his a/c condensor into a trans cooler (ass load of heat) and his has not overheated and his is his DD you just have to program the ecu for right turn on and off and you will be fine. also I made the rad support but in my app I could put the stock back on so kinda cool and I also dont see a need for 3 inch pipe big PITA towork with and what are you gonna gain from .5 :tup:
