ABS codes

ok so my abs and brake warning lamps are on i have cleared the codes and the lights stay off untill i get it up to about 10 mph at the same time i hear the module growl like it used to when it worked then the lights come back on. After they come back on the codes that get thrown are 63 and 14 i need to know what those codes indicate i have a book that come with the scanner i bought because i was tired of using a paperclip and it says 63 is a module failiure and 14 is system normal which makes no sense at all. so a little help please.

How do i hot wire the motor on???? That is exactly what i did i bled the brakes with the key on the code however didnt trip until the next time the system got used on a pacth of sand.
Also what is the proper way to bleed the brakes. Does the module need bled or just the normal bleeding procedures.
