I got the SSBC Force-10 calipers from Summit. I'm assuming thats what you got. I've replaced every component in my brake system and deleted the ABS and have almost no holding power. I'd be curious to see how your brakes work for you when its all finished. I'm not in any way implying that the SSBCs are my problem. I'd just dont know of anyone other than you and I that are using them so I've yet to hear a success story.

The install is easy. Its a direct replacement as far as the calipers go. However, unless you have custom brake hoses, you'll need to get a few more parts to make the stock hoses mate up since the connection point is on the inside of the caliper as opposed to on the top (stock calipers). I dont have the list in front of me but give SSBC a call and tell them that you need a conversion kit for stock lines. The kit includes two brass blocks, four banjo bolts, six copper crush washers (if memory serves me correctly). The cost for the parts was less than 30 bucks not including shipping. I'd be glad to send you pics of my install if it would help. Just PM me your addy. Ofcourse, if I ever get the garage cleaned out and find the recipt, I'll post the part numbers. Seems that there was one guy at SSBC that knew what I was talking about and knew what parts I needed.

I have absolutely no idea. Several people have looked at it and cant figure it out. I've done everything by the book. Just doesnt add up. I'll probably buy some stock calipers this weekend and see if makes a difference. Theyre cheap. Aside from the issue keeping me from getting it on the road, I'd just like to know that the SSBCs arent the problem and that my investment in them wasnt a bad one. I've put a post up about this issue if you care to search it out. My patience is wearing thin. I'm at the point to where I'm willing to buy a plane ticket for someone who really knows thier shit to come down here and look at it.

do you have a hard or mushy pedal, could be a brake booster, maybe a master cylinder if you haven't already bleed the system of air.

Just got my SSBC's installed with new cross drilled rotors from Stripper. I had no problem with the install......simple and everything was included.
The setup looks great. I'm going to take it for a spin tomorrow to start breaking in the rotors. When I'm able to test them, I'll let everyone know how they hold.
I have pics, but don't know how to put them up.

Don't know what's in your kit, but if U switched to rear discs, then U probably won't hold as well. I assume U mean "hold" at the line when drag racing ? Discs typically don't hold as well as drums, particularly when U can do some things to rear drums to hold better.
Did U increase the rotor size ? If not, the holes in the rotors will decrease your holding area. Then if they are also grooved, that decreases the rotor area more. I think it's pretty well proven that both of those mods do little if nothing except to "look cool".
Mt TTA is 4 wheel disc stock and won't hold worth a damn !
