Aftermarket tie rod setups?

What are the other options besides stock Tie Rods?

Am considering a moog inner outer with an aftermarket adjustment sleeve that is lower profile.
Does anyone know of anything like this?

My current setup is Dustans setup that utilized heim joints.
I am swapping every back to traditional rubber isolated joints

I am considering these as well.
Stainless and chromoly rod ends but is 3/8" enough on the tie rod?
It IS 3/8" chromoly though.

I believe my last measure put our tie rods around 14.25 +/-
I can check again tomorrow.

I have never seen the March performance tie rods, but those look very promising. Bear makes a tie rod call the tracker, but they don't sell a S-Series specific part.

I've been looking at the QA1 website. I was thinking of making my own, but using the heim's that have a grease nipple on them.

Not exactly sure but I am betting that those tie rods on marchs website are strictly for belt adjustment and are not meant for steering. As far as I know march makes serp belt systems and thats about it so I would find it odd that they would make steering tie rods.

I remember rumor that baer made tie rods or at least a setup that is for a different vehicle that can be adapted.

Good luck with the search!

so the march ends would not be strong enough for everyday use or the occasional launch?

i am very interested in something other than the stock setup. just want to personalize.

They make them for mustangs along with a zillion other companies, upr, competition engineering, steeda etc.. there called "bump steer kits" and are used when a car has been lowered allot or when a tubular k member is used with the stock a arms. I don't know if you could adapt them to our trucks never looked at both of them at the same time or year.
