Brake squeal

So the other day balming around town my brakes start to sqeal, and not the normal way. When you on the pedal it would go away, it's when your off the pedal it would squeal. I have the e-brake on.. and it still does it. So it's the front brakes. I tear it down, check and clean everything and it goes away, for half a day. Then it comes back with an issue!! it goes louder and louder. So I decided to call up my buddy in the wholesale brake business and change everything, new Kevlar metalic pads, and cross drilled slotted rotors!! Stock size and all that but 2 disks and pads for a little over $100 CAD (damn taxes!) So if anyone wants to go this route before the big corvette upgrade let me know. This is how it looks.

Well I live in Canada.. and I would LOVE to not have to pay tax.. but just the rotors will be about $85 CAD..

Total, for 2 disks; and depending on where you are.. these suckers aren't light

It's about $75.76 right now.
I need new rotors, just don't have any money
