check engine light code 13 oxygen sensor

My 93 Ty runs good. I took it on a trip and I used the cruise control. The check engine light came on shortly after setting the cruise. I turned off the cruise and the light went out in less than a minute. I check it with Diacom and it gave me code 13 oxygen sensor circuit.

I had this happen once before when climbing a couple mile incline over a mountain. The light came on for about a minute and then went off.

I only drive the truck a couple of miles to work and I don’t use the cruise control. Driving to work and around town the check engine light never comes on.

Any suggestions? or should I just replace the oxygen sensor?
