Coil-Over Rear Shocks

I've always ran Bilstein rear shocks, but due to how much my truck squats when I launch, I decided to look into some rear suspension mods. I recently installed a set of Gabriel (load handler) coil-over rear shocks on a customer's Suburban and they are quite stiff. So, this got me to thinking about trying them on the Syclone. Anywho, here they are (Suburban set pictured):

Has anyone ran these? I'm curious if they'll even fit (due to ride height) and if so, if they'll be too stiff.

I'll install them Thursday and let everyone know, but if anyone has any input, please shoot away.

going too stiff on the rear shocks may cause you alot of wheelspin. a softer rear shock allows the axle to load up, causing you to grab more traction ( There are a number of reasons for this, but that's the simple version ). If you go too stiff, rather than loading the axle, you are more likely to spin the tires.

Being that it's awd it may not be a huge deal, but in a high horsepower vehicle, awd or not it's going to get some wheelspin, and the less the better.

It might help to reduce some front wheelspin though????? I doubt it though.
