corvette c5 wheels

I purchased four 18x9.5 c5 wheels for my typhoon and tried them on with no tires and they fit fine except the front wheels will rub when i turn the steering wheel till it stops.
What can i do so theres no rubbing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just don't turn as sharp. I always figured my 275's were why my wee rubbing, I can't believe the actual rim rubs with no tire.

i welded a nut to the end of the stop to make it longer. that way im not tearing up the tire or the rim is i forget and turn to sharp.

I just dont turn lock to lock. It barely rubs on the outer edge of the rim only at full lock.

i just welded a 1/2 nut to mine but basically the same idea.

Mine only rubbed very slightly on one side so I ground a little off of the a-arm where the rub mark was.

Thanks guys for all the posts,also i only tried the wheels on the passenger side and only on the front i cant put the center cap on because the center part of the rotor or whatever its called sticks out too much.
