Do all Ty's have Keyless Entry?

Guys did all of the 92 Ty's come with keyless entry? I did a search and found how to program but i dont know if mine came with it

yea they do-

Reprogram the Remote keyless Entry Receivers

The programming procedure per the GM 92 ty Manual:

NOTE: You can only have 2 transmitters learned at a time.

1. Turn ignition switch off

2. Jumper ALDL terminal A (white wire) with terminal G (Purple wire).
Door locks will lock and unlock in approximatley 2 seconds.
(could also be a way to test that you have RKE!)

3. Press "UNLOCK" button on transmitter. Door locks will lock and unlock in approximatley 2 seconds.
The transmitter has now been programed. (alhough technically it is the reciever being reprogrammed.)

4. Disconnect the jumper wire from the ALDL.


ALDL: terminal layout

Pin A is the top row furthest to the passenger's side...pin G is the bottom row furthest to the Driver's side.

Also make sure the receiver is plugged in

I have a question.....mine works fine except for one part. When i use to put the truck in drive it would lock the doors it doesnt do that anymore. Is this a program i need to configure in some way?

It is a original Ty remote, very little wear. Shoot me your email and i will send you a couple of pics of it. :tup:
