ok guys ive been searching and it seems that running no muffler is prety popular, but i couldnt find a sound clip

so can anyone post up a sound clip of an sy/ty with no muffler

I have a sound clip, but don't know how to post it. Recorded sound at Idle,1500 rpm, 2000rpm. If you can tell me how I'll post it.

I cut my muffler out a while ago but never got to putting a pipe in its place. Sounds good, but does drone sometimes.
Who's truck is it, I cant get the video right now

thanks for the clip, sounds damn good the only thing i am worried about is im going to daily drive it at about 7 psi then run it at the track at about 10 psi hope it dont mae that much of a difference

and as for posting a movie clip try adn upload it to putfile or something lie that then linking us to it

depending on where you live and what track you go to, you might be better off going with an exhaust dump. Some of the tracks here wont let you race without a muffler :lol: which is really funny to me cause my truck with no muffler on its loudest day couldnt possibly be as loud an annoying as the hundreds of ricers going down the track...but whatever...
...but i think if youre daily driving it, the loudness might get old after awhile... just a little something to condsider.

My son has a way to post it.So it will be up late monday or tuesday after he get back from Texas

and if i get bitched at about a muffler ill just get a glass pack put on adn gut out the fiberglass

didnt think they did but i was planning for the worst

plus the turbo should drownd out a lot of the sound so its not gonna be to loud
