F28 Table ?

Trying to work with this bin attached. In the F28 table all the values are .100 and stock is .089, now are my calculations right for 42 lbs SVO injectors. I figured .068 using the ford 39.6 fuel pressure rating or 42 lbs., but I will be running 47 lbs of pressure so I figured the injectors to give 45.8 lbs flow, and that gave me a constant of .062. Do my numbers make sense??

right now it only works for TunerPro , but if someone tell me how 'Promrammer'
decode/encodes the table ill add it to.
