not bad.. what color is that??

What kinda gas mileage do those get under regular driving conditions?

I've got a buddy who has a gsxr 6000 who said the engines generally last about 30k miles... is that true??

Ok, enough questions for today.

Everybody has money coming out their ears here. I am making payments on my Ty and my Harley, and it's killing me! I can barely afford to do little mods here and there to both of them.

The bike is pretty close to where I want it to be, I finished the intake, jets, and exhaust last year before I bought the Ty.

Someday, I'll have a car for every occasion. For now though, it's the Ty and the hog.

me too! as of monday of last week, i am a new proud owner of a '90 ford festiva. woohoo.....talk about style! well maybe not but it was only a thousand bux, have all service records, 63k on the ode, gets 40mpg, 1.2l i-4 = 63hp (yeah!), 5-speed, no a/c, power nuttin. the girly man i bought it from dips chocolate (hint hint), so i'm pretty sure it wasn't abused.... at least not mechanicaly, i hope.

after putting 27k on the ty in the past year and a half, i am glad i have this POS to take me to work and back everyday i work 25 miles from home. i used to fill up the ty twice, sometimes three times a week with 91 octane. now i top off my 9 gallon tank with 87, only once a week! this saves me about 50 bucks a week......thats 200 a month!

by adding the festiva as my primary source of transportation to my current policy, my insurance payments went down ten bucks a month. the money i save here isn't anything to brag about, but worth mentioning. at least my payments didn't go up.

now the ty stays on the driveway covered up and waits to be driven on the weekends. the festiva, on the otherhand, stays at the curb and gets nailed by the sprinklers every morning.

now i have an even better reason to look forward to saturdays!

hmm.....i see great things happening to the ty in the near future....now that i can afford it.

My Sy is my main vehicle right now  Had to sell the Talon Tsi after I lost my job, but that's the way it goes I guess. Just rolled over 60K miles on the Sy over the weekend...sigh. Oh well, I'll get something else to drive during the week once the job situation gets straightened out. These trucks sure are gas guzzlers, especially with the fuel pressure cranked up to 50 psi.

well so far i know the color is the brand new LAMBORGHINI orange with tons of perl in it.. so when the sun hit her its beautilful, along with all the carbon fiber parts it has on it makes it better.. and it also has a lil computer device that allows u to fine tune the bike for the best running conditions.. but when i bring her home i will post what she all has done to her..
