Well,
other things took priority. I moved out to Courtice near Oshawa and bought a house with the wife that is too big to live in and then I opened up my Dental office in Lindsay.So now I commute back and forth an hour each day.So i'm no longer in Toronto;but i visit mama about once a month so she doesn't complain either and I take a quick peek at the ty sleeping in storage and the blood gets going.Then I say to myself...one day....one day the ty will terrorise the roads again. I will still need you help to put this thing together.So hopefully we will get together again.You should move out here you will like it. I'm within 10 minutes of all the good fishing spots.
P.S. The wife doesn't like it when I go fishing..........
Any bites on the sy yet????

Very nice car, but yeah like you said, I need the cash for other things, thanks anyways.

I saw it for sale in Auto Trader again about 2 weeks ago, and the price had dropped to $12999.00 CDN. Sounds like a great price, but the mileage is pretty high. Fern seems like a good guy though, so toss him a message if you are interested.

I have over $25k with the cost of vehicle. So I took a hit on it, it sold for just under $13K. And Im kind sad to say that it is going back to the USA. Im very surprised that no one in Canada wanted the truck, guess most people want an original truck, which is understandable. So the truck will be going to NY, he seems like a real good guy, and hell be getting a nice truck.

Fern, sorry to see the truck go :( Yeah, I'm suprised that no Canadian jumped on it :rant:

im finishing up the GT this winter... then driveing it for 2 seasons and selling it...
at this point i will be looking for a syclone or typhoon or.....

HUGE BUMP!!! I bought this truck back in 2005, I drove it in 2005 for about 3 months maybe, and garaged it that winter. Took it out in 2006 and 2007 during the summer, then had it covered in my parents driveway since (due to an overseas deployment) starting it every now and then to keep it running well. Willing to part with it for $9500 to a SYTYer with the Z06 rims, or $8500 with the stock rims on it. Need to move the truck. It has a tail light out, and needs the low beam headlights fixed to make it pretty much 100% I don't have the time or the money right now to be messing with it, or I would be driving it. For the list of mods refer to the first post in the thread, the only things I really did were replacing the front end and putting new rims and tires on her. I put maybe 5k on it since I got it, it has been covered sitting there just taking up space for the last 3 years or so. Give or take 130k on the body, 50k on the rebuilt engine. I see you live in Jersey, you are more than welcome to come check her out sometime.

So this is basically the rundown of what I see.
it’s a high 12 second sy running 18psi boost, water/meth injection, ultimate chip, custom intake, bigger throttle body, larger turbo, walbro fuel pump, adjust. regulator, water2air intercooler, pc system with Datamaster, custom stereo system, 50k rebuilt engine/130000 on body, rebuilt transmission with big tranny cooler, Belltec lowered leaf springs,
rear anti-swaybar
and then the rims you put on

also what kind of bigger turbo is in the truck and any newer pics like of the motor and what not?
