Got it for $299. They normally run $699 installed. I checked with a install shop near me and they only charge about $150 to do a professional install if you don't want to tackle it by yourself.

that unit also has built in turbo timer and a remote starter and goes over a mile of range

the GPS security system for vehicles is called teletrac I heard its awesome but runs for around $800 first 2 yrs of service is free $8 thereafter its similar to onstar. you can unlock doors, find nearest restaurant,atm etc. u call and find out where your car is exactly I know of a vendor/installer in the south bay pm me if anyone needs anymore info

I have seen the Viper system before and it in no way measures up to the Compustar 2WSS. The viper is no where near as sophisticated. I can get a Viper security system at one of those traveling shows that advertise "wholesale discounts." They aren't really special, just a cool name that reminds me of a cool car.

yes if u install starter kill or u can use one of the extra channels to say disable power to cab fuel pump etc.
