I used the turbo time ones, they don't fit all that great. Ended up modifying them so they don't rest on metal on metal. As for the trans crossmember I used the RPM one, worked o.k., but modded it for better driveline angle.
Study my pan, it gets cut lengthwise down the middle. The only thing I don't like about the h3 pan is the angle of the drain, it is close to the diff, I should have cut it out and changed the direction of exit. Otherwise, it fits nice.
I am using the H3 alpha pan and DD mounts. I have the trans in the stock location and have to slot the DD mounts a little more to get them to fit. It appears like the DD mounts are made to fit with an engine an inch or so forward. Picking up the mounts today.
Here are some photos of my mock up with the H3 oil pan and Dirty Dingo mounts. I'm also going to attempt to modify a set up ZL1 exhaust manifolds. So far everything "APPEARS" to fit like a glove.
I bought the pan from XplicitRacing and really happy with it, fits perfectly and he welded in an oil return.
The DD mounts will have to be milled out a little more on the rear sliders for all 4 slides to fit.
The ZL1 manifolds fit even the stock steering shaft, amazing.
Anyone looking for an Xplicit Racing oil pan? I have one that I ended up not using. Pan, wind age tray and oil pickup tube. I don't know how to upload pics here but pm me an email address and I'll glady send pics. It's a really nice peace. Just like the one above.
