help in relocating coolant tank ?

im getting a 60-1 turbo 3" downpipe nd relocating the battery in to the trunk. Now that system requires a 3" filter setup so i got the cobra 90* elbo and a K&N cone filter. Now with the battery in the trunk where do i put that coolant tank so i can install the cone there?

i put mine where the stock airbox used to be, look up the KB cold air intake, and ull see where u can put that.

Ditto, I'm the process of doing the same thing this week. I'm ditching that nasty plastic thing and going with an aluminum one from Summit. I will have a pic up in a few days after I get done polishing it... I thought that I was going to have to relocate my horn but, it's looking like it won't be necessary :). My remote starter solenoid is mounted where the coolant overflow used to be:

"Conrad F492G remote starter solenoid mounted up so that the purple wire that used to go to the solenoid on the starter could be deleted."

However, it was going to have to be relocated due to my PTE stealth turbo anyways so better now than later...

i got an aftermarket little box one and mounted it where the vacuum ball used to be, just below the passenger side headlight.

i can take pics if you want.... and some fyi, i dont use a pass side fenderwell, so getting to it i can either go through the fender, or just take off the cone filter I have on the 90* elbow off my 52 and reach right down to fill it.

I've got a small Moroso tank mounted on the passenger side of my radiator.

I used a Becool polished cylinder tank I moved it over by the Oil Filter and just ran a line from the radiator following the frame below. I'll try to put some pictures up of it. It isn't anything special but looks pretty good and more stealth than the one that came with Razor's Alkycontrol kit.

Autozone. I went with the Conrad solenoid because I didn't like the way the Ford type solenoids have the terminals oriented (you *typically* run the battery cables vertically).

i "reverse engineered" the stock air box bracket made a bracket that i used mounted a $20 Jaz overflow tank. looks pretty sweet and easy on the wallet. if someone will offer to host a pic i'l snap one of the setup.

Mine was moved to where the washer fluid tank was (and is also removed.) and moved the coolant tank where it was.

I'll get a pic tonight of it if you want.

(kinda makes the washer part of the wipers n/a but I guess that just depends on how much you drive the truck weither you want to make a new tank for it or not.
