Holiday work-on-my-truck-a-thon

Ahh, yes... a holiday weekend, time to get my hands dirty. But before I get started I need a little advice on what to check/how to check, and so forth.

I got a few things to fiddle with. I'm not getting 100% full boost again, only maxing at 10-12psi, was getting all 15 last week.

I really want to check on my cat. How does one examine it? I'm trying to figure out if it's clogged or not. Probably going to try and disconnect the wg, and see if the actuator is the problem... tips on that would be nice, but I have looked through the site and found most of what I need. Also, if all else fails, I may open up the turbo to make sure it doesn't have any damage and that it spins right. Really don't want to mess with that one, but if it needs it, it needs it. Hoping new fuel pump comes in today/tomorrow, would like to get that done as well.

I love long weekends.

:woot: I'm 3/4 with my big holiday rush modding. I needed some 50#ers and they are in, just needing to put the IC back on and make sure everything is tight wiht no leaks. I cant wait to get this tuned.

What mods do you have? Stock chip? Stock turbo? Do you have any vac leaks? Base timing? Is it knocking when you go 100%? Do you hit full boost then it levels out at that PSI or is that all it's got?

I plan to get out and tool on the truck this weekend too.
