How to convert a nonvortec intake to vortec?

Hey guys I posted this one on S-Series and I'm getting nadda. I know I've read about this before. I can't find it though. I think I gotta drill/mill the center bolt holes, and add material to the outer edges and lower inside of the runners for port matching/sealing.
I just wanna make sure I'm not missing something before I by a holley MPFI.
