How to remove front bumper cladding

You have to remove the complete bumper, then the "cover" comes off the "support".
There's another row of rivets along the top, only accessible after the bumper assembly is off the truck.
Remove the grill. There are two 18mm nuts on each side of the frame.
Disconnect both fog light connectors. Remove the bulb socket from each park/turn light.
Under the truck, there is a brace on each corner, and a brace on the bottom to one bolt on each intercooler support.
I remove the corner and bottom braces completely.

I have my front bumper off. Are the rivets available? I need to straighten the "bumper" and it will be a lot easier if I remove the cladding, but I'm concerned about obtaining replacement rivets.
