It wouldn't make sense to have the inlet on the top then, would it? Especially with that U-turn it makes to the hydroboost unit.
With that logic the inlet should be below the outlet.
I believe John Gerber has his mounted with the reservoir on the driver side. Maybe he'll post his results.

There is always more than one way to build/design something. Just because it is done one way, does not mean it is the only way.
Just look at how many mods there are for a 700r4 to make it more reliable. I rest my case.

Yeah they don't, there's lots of stuff on cars I've worked on and thought to myself " Why didn't they just do it this way, it would be way easier and function just fine?"
Me thinks more likely they run out of time and just stick stuff where ever just to button it up :roll:

It's a pressureized system and fairly high pressure at that. I dont think it makes a diff?

could always try a banjo as well. probably give you a tad more clearance. Dean's clears with a 1/4" at best.

You have any plans for upgrading the brakes themselves, bigger fronts, rear disc, ect...

No plans but someday maybe. I'm so pleased with the result that more brake upgrading is no longer a priority.

I experienced how these brakes feel in Deans truck and WOw!. I am all over this mod and props to a job well done.
