Yes, 50# injectors will work with the stock ECM. There is an Ultimate calibrated for 50# injectors also. However, this is the "heads and cam" chip, tuned for modified engines. So yes, you could put them in and make them work, but it would require a lot of tuning in one place or another...
How fast is he planning on going? People are running 11's on the stockers, though they're right at the limit... With what you listed, it doesn't sound like a monster machine that will actually need the 50#ers...

he wants to run low 12's high 11's. i already have my ultimate for 50lb inj's but he was looking to run the ultimate chip for 50# and the 50# inj's but he was gonna turn the boost up to 17-19 lbs....i wasnt sure if it was safe for him to do so i didnt tell him it was ok.
what DP can he use with the stock turbo if the atr doesnt work?
hell, id be happy running a 11.9 once. im shooting for 12's though because i have to drive my ty everyday.

Im just glad i got that 11.90 before the tranz went.
now lets see with the new tranz and tc i should get 1-2 more 10th's
the electric vac pump, wallr said was good for 30-40hp so maybe 1 tenth from that
then the dfi7 outta get me 1 or 2 more tenths.......
hmm I wonder how much a trailer costs?

good luck finding 11.99 on the stock turbo.. especially at 17-19 psi. I'm guessing a turbo upgrade is in order.. you just forgot to mention.

Also, there are a few Sy's under 12.5 in basically stock condition. Ultimate and its upgrades, and lots of tuning... A Ty is going to be a little slower, but I'd say that with a turbo upgrade, 11's or really low 12's shouldn't be a problem if you take the time to tune it properly, rather than just throwing parts at it...
