intake leak?

do these truck have a problem sealing at the intake ,on cyclinder 3
T bought two trucks ,a syclone and a typhoon.
they both have a miss at idle ,the only leaks i can find are at the intake at cycliender 3.
I found the leak by presurizing the intake.
Its kind of weird that both trucks have the same problem,I'm thinking the mtss is from a lean misfire.

IMHO, yes. The design of the gasket on the paired cylinders lends itself to being pushed out.:2cents:I believe there is a replacement with a support there (making the paired clys into individual cyls) but I don't have the number. Check with Mike down at RPM.

use l-35 gaskets from a cpi motor-- 92-95

Who makes the heavy duty tntake gasket ,for the 4.3 motor?
