Interchangable 2 bar

Not sure why an NA Monte Carlo would have a 2 bar map sensor.. so be sure that is what you have.
If it is in fact a 2 bar it should work without issue.

I can almost guarantee that map sensor isn't a 2 bar map sensor.
Regular parts stores screw it up too, so be careful. I'd find another syty owner, just borrow theirs for a bit.
Everyone is so quick to blame map sensors for problems, but I have yet to see one that has gone bad. Not saying they can't, just saying I haven't seen it; I've *maybe* heard of even one... and that is after being on the syty list for years, and on this board for years.
