Im lookin for something that won't require any modifications to install. Thats why I havent really looked into the Shurflo units because of there size.

gotcha, but it really isnt that much work, i didnt do mine ( bought already done) but when i had to fix exposed wires i saw how it was done , nothing fancy for sure...

RPM has the Johnson pump. It is a little bigger and a direct OEM style replacement. No modifying required to install. I would be weary of buying a used pump, especially a 17 year old used stock unit.

I agree the lighting pump is good, I also have the same pump.:tup:
