Jack stand placement...?

Hey guys, just wondering if syty owners use jack stands during cold storage? just so i dont "square" my tires from it not moving for 6 months if so where is the best place to put them...? Axles...Frame....

Just weld them to the frame, it's safer that way.

i prefer the inner sway bar bushing saddles for the front, and of course the axle tubes for the rear

I do the same. I use the sway bar for short term jack stands. For winter storage I use old tires that I don't care if they flat spot.

This is why I love southern CA, winter storage isn't something we do out here. In fact, it's my favorite time of year to drive the Ty.

This is why I love southern CA, winter storage isn't something we do out here. In fact, it's my favorite time of year to drive the Ty.

Some years I look forward to putting my toys in storage. It give me a break for 6 months to re energize myself so I don't get burnt out from working on them year round.
