larger front swaybars

did the 98 up front swaybar install today.
as expected, cake work - make and weld on 2 elbows outta 1/4 plate for the endlinks to grab.
used the energy bushing kit.
nice, perceptible handling improvement, tho not super dramatic. well worth it, imo.
no ride penalty at all - tho i had poly bushings on the stocker.

oh - be sure to get the 33mm bar, not the 31 (i think) if u r doing this from the scrapyard. i just took it out for a no-traffic thrashing, and at mario andretti style cornering levels, its quite pleasant now - i'm done. if anyone gives a ratsass, rest of suspension mods are poly everywhere, incl ctrl arms and cab mounts, susp tech rear bar, front koni, rr edelbrock shocks, individually filled rear airbags, 2" blocks, 17-9 wheels with 275 and 315's.
i do plan on boxing the frame asap.
