Looking for a little help. What do I need?

Here's what I'm looking to do. Using the SyTy ECM I'm looking to use a laptop for real time tuning and testing, then once satisfied with the tune burn a chip. I would also like to be able to do this with a 16183247 ecm as well for the OBDI 3800SC.

What equipment from Moates do I need?

I would go with emulating.

So you suggest:
TunerPro RT software
Ostrich for emulation
G1 Adaptor for the Ostrich
ALDU1+CABL1 Combo cable For logging. Does the Ostrich do this too?
WBO2 This is a No Brainer for getting the best possible tune.

Once the tune is made what burner is needed? Or does a part of this equipment do it?

If you get the AutoProm gadget, it includes the emulator, the data cable, and the burner all in one unit. You'll still need a WB02 and a G1 adapter, though, and TunerPro. There's
nothing wrong with your list above, though, if that's the way you want to go.

There may be tunerpro xdfs out there for your '247, but I haven't seen any recently. Craig or Mark might know for sure if they exist.

Thank you for your help. There is one 247 that I need to learn to program, but it's not going to be changing any maps. Just removing parameters for auto transmission, VATS etc.. for an engine swap. My engine is going to be a little more complicated.
