Looking for a picture, t56,4472,transaxle c6 irs.

I've been searching for 3 hours and getting caught up in reading old threads.

I'm looking for a picture I'm almost positive I saw here. It was of a transaxle c5/6 irs with a 4472 wedged in the middle with a full length propshaft running to the front. If anyone has it or a link to it I would really appreciate it.

Thanks,

Andrew

The mutant has a t56/4472 setup IIRC.....31.5" propshaft

^ thanks for responding so quickly but I'm afraid that's not what I'm looking for. The picture/build I am talking about was a full on transaxle c5/6 irs conversion with torque tube.

I sure hope I wasn't just dreaming about it and someone did in fact do it.

^ Thanks for the response DaveP, yes I've seen HPT's t56 set-up and build. I thought for a minute the picture was posted in one of his threads. I'll keep searching as I'm almost positive I've seen it here.

These are from that thread but I don't think they are the exact ones you want...

Re: Looking for a picture, t56,4472,transaxle c6 irs.

Thanks so much 13pelle, but I don't think that was it? I'm really unsure now. I thought it was a c5/6 irs setup with a torque tube, t56 and 4472 adapted right to the diff. I remember the prop shaft had to be at least 5' long. I may just be remembering incorrectly and that is indeed it.

Anyone have anymore info on this?

edit:

Sorry pelle you are right, that must be it. I am just remembering incorrectly. I would love to see the finished project.
