Lost a friend last night

Well it is hard to sit here and type this but it should help bring closure.

Got a call today that I lost a dear friend last night. Decided to take his own life. Granted I did not know Chris going on what was a year but seemed as much as a lifetime.

The days we spent bullshitting at the track with his TBSS. The hours spent planning the build of the formula. Being friends and having each others back. Being able to just laugh at each other when one did something totally stupid.

With a heavy heart I say RIP Chris Beckmann. You will be forever missed!

Don't you worry your car will be finished by yours truely and I WILL MAKE SURE IT FLYS!!!!!!

Some local guys to me may know him as crazy chris or chi_slowSS.

sorry for your loss, My best friend died in 99 and i think about him daily..

Sorry for your loss. The best way to cope with it is to def talk about it. Don't ever keep your feelings locked up.

Sorry to hear about your loss.

I too lost a very dear friend back in DEC and i constantly think about him every day. He is responsible for all the knowledge or tuning/turbocharging i have today. He passed away in his sleep unlike your friend that decided to take his own.


Just remeber folks that no matter how bad life seems to treat you it's still not ever worth taking your own life. When life gets you down please take a minute to stop and think about the people around you. We sometimes take forgranted about the things that we have today that may not be here tomorrow.

I really thank you guys for the thoughts and support. Its going to be a rough road to travel but we all will make it through this.
