low turbo coolant warning light??

does anyone know if this light should come on with the other warning lights when the ignition is first turned before start up?? i can see there is a spot in the cluster by the steering colunm, lower right in the warning light cluster.

it wont work. I think it only worked in the turbo sunbird

type in low turbo coolant and select to search for all terms.
