May 16, Road Coarse Driver Education

On May 16, the Chicago area Lotus club will be hosting a Driver Education Day at Blackhawk Farms Raceway, just north of Rockford, Illinois. Driving times are divided into 30 minute sections. So, you'd be out on the track for a full 30 minutes each time. This ends up being two full hours of on-track experience during the day. You're truck might not handle this, but your street car would be a great vehicle for it.

We do provide in-car instruction for newbies and every year we have several people who bring their street cars, from VW's, to BMW's, to Camaro's, to Cadillacs.

Yes, yes you should.

It sucks that this is on a Monday, very unlikely I can get out of work for this. Otherwise I would love to see what the Cobalt can actually do around a track.
