Most Factory Horse-power made by a Sy or Ty?

I wanted to find out who has made the most measured wheel horse-power on a stock Syclone or Typhoon. I had few people ask me and I thought is was around 341.

That is something I want to do. I don't know what my HP is but I am all stock and can smoke all 4 wheels sometimes and other times I can't...

well, factory horsepower is going to go to the '93 ty, because it had 285 while the 92 ty and sy only had 280. What kind of freaks are out there and what they're putting down to the ground I don't know...I'm sure Tooky's would have had some pretty nice stock #s.

Mine did 399 rwhp and 558 rwtq. with stock motor.

Back a year or two ago I think mine would have put down some pretty impressive #. It went 13.41 @ 101.5 with just a muffler cut off and a KB cold air. And judging by the fact that Ty's aren't any light weights it took a good amount of power to move it that quick.

Didn't one of Norman Mah's bone stock Syclones put down around 300hp back many years ago? FWIW, Phil (GAST member) put down 311hp and 416tq with an ATR exhaust and 9/11 TC.

I really wish Jordan would have dynoed his teal/grey Ty when it was stock. He went 13.6 (IIRC) back in '99 @ the NATS. For a full-weighted, bone stock, paper air filter, Typhoon to run those times, he had to be exceeding factory rating. I rode with him when it was stock and it felt way faster than any other stock Typhoon (and some lightly modified ones) I've even been in.

I am looking dyno-verified stock horse-power/torque #'s on stock turbo, stock truck, Sy or Ty. I wish mine could of been verified, but mine has a bunch of bolt-on's and I purchased it that way. I can run high 13's with stock boost, stock-turbo, going from idle with a 2.2 60 ft. So I am trying to figure true hp to weight figure's for both to prove a point.

I know of one guy in DE that had a 1992 Ty that ran a 13.58 in the 1/4 stock around 101mph and was pretty much stock. I wish I could of found out his true whp.

Norm's truck put down 292rwhp 404 ft lbs stock. (Gotta look into the truck I'd like to buy ya know.. )

IIRC, didn't Hamrhead's Sy run a 13.3 or something like that when it was new? Did he ever have it dynoed?
