I no longer have the MUTANT...

I carried it down to Waller yesterday and dropped it off to be finished.

I hope to have it back next month.

Now I twiddle my thumbs....(tic-toc-tic-toc)

Your mom has a nice car. Is it a 68 or 69? My brother had a 68 with a 383 auto in it. It was the first car that he rebuilt the motor in and because he went with a bigger cam, it was a dog until 75 mph then it would pin you in the seat until the speedometer show 140 mph :rotf:. His was light a bright blue with a white Vinyl top. The car was later repainted all yellow. From time to time I think about looking for another one like it.

It's a '68 and was originally a 383 2bbl car. I didn't even know they offered a 2bbl in a Charger.

I'ts now a 440 4bbl.

Converted the brakes from 10" drums on all four to 11" rear drums and vented/cross drilled discs up front.

I was looking at your pics in class yesterday. I had to explain to the teacher what your truck was. He was quite impressed.

He drives a Camaro with a sc'ed LT1.
