nice truck

2 things i noticed

1 its parked outside the garage. (wont be long before its inside) lol :)

2 cut down the trees or dont park under them. (bad for the paint)

enjoy the new ride.

the tire size are 275-40 (not sure)-17 up front and 315-40(not sure on that either)-17 on the rear all are bfg drag radials

1. Lower it.

2. Why is the "GMC Truck" decal on the wrong side of the tailgate underneath the "Typhoon" decal?

Re: my new wheels ****pics***

im working on lowering it.....im thinking a 2" drop. im pretty sure it has a 1" drop on it allready.

oh yeah on the decal. cause its been resprayed. it was like that when i bought it. then when i first posted pics of when i bought it guys were saying the decals are on wrong. i really dont want to risk the chane of messing the tailgate up by removing them. so i just leave it as it is,also the sticker/decal is one piece.

WOW, never seen that truck w/ those rims, looks sweet! Just put a set of 3/8" set back plates on the rear. Stellar!

Re: my new wheels ****pics***

I'm guessing that's a misprint on the tire size, cause running 275/40's and 315/40's would put more of a strain on the T-case. It probably is a misprint, since I don't think anyone makes a 315/40/17.

Oh yeah, + another on the lowering! ;)

I got a set of 2" blocks that center the rear wheel from Waller. They are aluminum and reasonable. I just went to autozone or advanced (can't remember) for u the u bolts but I think he offered to get them if I wanted also. Just check with him.

Oh and the truck looks very nice. I have the same wheels on my ty at the moment but with chrome center caps but I think I would rather have the black caps instead.

why is it sitting so high? did you get shorter tires and wheels?

Nope those sizes are stock height.

Alot of times when you go bigger in wheel size the vehical will just appear to be higher because of having a smaller tire.
