Almost certain that was the late Elmo Langley, who was the pace car driver for nascar for numerous years. If I remember correctly he had some nice things to say about the ty or sy during one interview. He was asked what his favorite pace car was. He said it was the quickest truck he had driven and he was able to pick up the field fairly quick. He went on to say that the truck was so fast he was actually able to dart down pit road and park in time to see the restart...

Come January when I see Dave, im gonna kick him in the doogan for selling it. He drives an anniversary vette now and always is talking smack. Last time we were out and my truck was running, I smeared his piece of plastic across the road with an 80mph roll on and with a failing trans.
