need help on cam size

this is what i have so far 30 over block, srp piston, h-beam rods, 4 bolt main, vortec heads, nitrided crank. the engine is going into a 2wd truck i will be running a 6 speed (tring to be different) 373 or 411 full time posi chevy rear. not tring to be the fastest in 1/4 mile but want the power when the truck starts to move. what cam due you guys think i should run 412 415 or 422?

for your setup and what I assume your goal is of low 11's and 10's I would go with the 422. Though many people have taken the 412 into the 11s.

do you think the 6 speed and 373 rear end would work good with the 422?

I really don't know what to say about going manual and 2WD. You would be one of the few to try such a combo.
