need help with STG ultimate chip ???

hey guys im in need of some help here , i have a 92 typhoon . ive had it since 99 .it has 64000 miles on it ,never sees the rain and has a decent amount of mods done to it . i bought the stg ultimate chip years ago and it worked great all that time . now thru process of elimination and
' trying every frigging thing else first " , it seems to be the reason my truck wont even start . im not the mechanic and i only know the basics as far as all the computer related stuff about the truck so please don't beat me up with too many technical questions . however if you do know of something that may be helpful we could use it ! im really looking for info on how to reach the guys who i originally purchased the chip from . i think there names were Brian Greene and Todd Austison ,[ Sorry if thats the wrong spellings] , or info on how i could get this chip fixed , replaced or any other helpful info . my truck has been sitting for 6 months please help !!!

Well Brian and Todd stopped making the chips and don't really deal with them anymore. Their website however still works. Sytychips.com.

What makes you think the chip is the reason the truck won't start? The only reason that chip should prevent the truck from starting is if its on 'sec' mode for security. Did you try removing the STG chip and the stock chip off the adapter board and running the truck on the stock chip(memcal)? That would be a good way to determine if its an Ultimate chip issue

Did you piggy-back the MEMCAL on the Ultimate? Do you get a solid check engine light when you turn the key to "ON".
