This is what Kenne Bell put in with the intake kit minus the funny looking box. The only change that I made to it was a screw on cap instead of the mickey mouse red one.

The same kit at Auto Zone is made by Quest Part # 511 for $10.99
In the KB kits they put a tee in so you could tie the 2 together. I do not recommend doing this because it never worked right. If you have your stock tank I would use the fitting from it or get a new fitting from the hardware store and locate the intercooler fitting 1" above the other. The tank was to be mounted where the stock air filter was. Hope this helps.
How can i take off the fitting from the original and use it on the new tank i buy? Is there some kind of technic to get a fitting on the new tank without having it leak down the line. We are talking about a plastic tank so if i drill a hole and add the fitting im assuming this fitting would need to have some kind of rubber washers so it wont leak....is this correct. Wonder why if i just tee it why wont it work right?
The stock overflow has a fitting for the i/c that you can unscrew. It has threads, and a nut to keep it tight. PAS drilled standard s-10 overflows for the extra I/C hole.
Understood...thanks...Just not at home to look at it.
Thank You Ryan for helping out here as I was away for awhile.
That looks clean! Do you know where I can pick up a new Kenne Bell Intake?
