Need some help, Ty is running too rich.

Got the Ty out lastnight and was running good like always and out of nowhere she took a shit. I was leaving a friends house and got about 20 yards out the drive, then suddenly the truck started running like shit. I stopped in the road, put it in park, surging badly and started smoking out the exhaust(raw fuel smell). I shut it off and it wouldn't start at all. I noticed that the stock cluster turbo gauge was pegged out on hight boost and had threw me a EGR code. I have a delete with a pit bull chip and the light does sometimes come off and on, but no effect. I finally got it started with my foot on the gas, cluster gauge still maxed out, but aftermarket boost gauge is 0 and A/F is maxed on rich. I also noticed that the truck is trying to build boost i park, but truck won't run hardly at all. I kept her running for about a minute and then out of nowhere gauge went to nornal and engine light went off, ran perfect again. I then started to drive it home and light came on again(turbo gauge pinned again) and couldn't hardly keep her pulling at all, boost is building easily without barely touching the gas and smoking raw fuel again. Then the same thing light went off and gauge back to normal. My truck did this 3 times on my 10 minute drive home. This morning it still running just fine, but I don't want to risk it driving anymore. I thought maybe its the ECM, what do you guys think? (I did notice that one of the times the truck went back to running normal was when I hit a large bump in the road) Ive replaced all ignition componates and vacuum lines. Thanks a ton!

I'm thinking the same. Where is the best place to get a new ECM? Are the ones from any part houses any good or all junk?
